Do You Want to Work with a Family Law Practice that Seeks to Rebuild Families Instead of Tearing Them Apart?
Join the Team at Children First Family Law (formerly Nash Family Law, led by child advocate and attorney Krista Nash) We are Currently Hiring Associate Attorneys.
If you are looking for a more positive career as an attorney in family law—an environment that focuses on protecting relationships and helping families to flourish despite their broken situation—then you may be the perfect fit for our team. At Children First Family Law, we have seen the damage inflicted by the traditional approach to family law and believe there’s a better way to do things. We strive to take the broken pieces of family relationships and help clients rebuild them into a new and functional framework for the future—much like transforming broken glass into a stained-glass window that brings constructive change to help children and parents instead of first defaulting to war-like, destructive conflict.
We are Seeking to Add the Right Attorneys to Our Practice
To protect more children and help more families, we need to expand our team. We are seeking to add attorneys who share our goals. Children First Family Law offers a variety of roles and unique opportunities for important, affirming attorney roles not generally available at most law firms, including:
- Children’s legal representative (CLR)
- Mediator/arbitrator roles
- Attorney representing parents but only for carefully selected, like-minded cases
We are seeking attorneys with at least five years of experience in one or preferably more of these areas who are comfortable managing a caseload independently, working solidly as a self-starter and in a fluid team in a small firm where expectations and opportunities are high. Must be passionate about advocating for children, doing what’s right not what makes the most money, fighting fiercely with extreme competence in trial situations that demand such advocacy for kids or parents when warranted, being hungry and willing to work hard, and having the highest levels of ethics and professionalism.
Find Out What Makes Children First Family Law So Different
We offer compassion, empathy, and support to our clients and to each other. Although we retain a professional demeanor, we are personal and authentic, and we are looking for others who see clients as people rather than cases.
Because we are an intimate, focused practice, we offer flexibility and responsiveness that larger firms either cannot or choose not to embrace.
If you want to put the needs of children first in your practice and you want to be part of the solution rather than problem, we would like to talk to you about the possibilities.
